Costco Tire Center

I had the same experience as the last reviewer. It's unfortunate that it takes 2.5 hours even when scheduling in advance and arriving early. I scheduled for Friday at 4:45pm. Also, when waiting in line to speak to someone, there's usually only one person behind the desk and this person has to process everything from basic battery purchases (which was a lot the day I was there) to check-ins. They're not as well staffed as an Americas Tire which has 4-5 people checking folks in. On the bright side, since the tires are Nitrogen, I'm glad they have a self-serve nitrogen inflation station. I can't imagine having to schedule an appointment just to fill up my tires.

Had excellent service here during their Michelin tire promo rotation. The front advisor Efrain and his manager Albert took great care of my specific needs and instructions as I brought in my own rims for my Toyota Highlander. They mounted the new tires and completed the job in an hour as estimated. A+++

With an appointment, it still took 2 1/2 hours to have my 4 new tires installed. Really? Costco has the exact same prices as America's Tire, except that it also provides a free 5-year warranty. Is that worth waiting 2 extra hours? I don't think so. I only needed my warranty once in 30 years.

Good experience overall. Ordered 4 tires through the Costco app, made an appointment for a week later, but the tires didn't arrive on time, so I had to reschedule. The actual installation was great, no issues. They told me an hour, and it was an hour.

I am extremely disappointed with the Costco Tire Center in Newark, CA. After my experience there, I feel compelled to share my frustration. In July, while they were servicing my 2023 Silverado, they caused significant damage by smashing the bed into a post in the parking garage. To make matters worse, they have yet to address the issue with my insurance. They appraised the diminished value of my truck at only $316, while the actual value is closer to $5,700! The customer service provided by the claims resolution center has been downright appalling. They appear to be unprofessional and biased, lacking any regard for their clients' best interests. My attempts to communicate with them have been met with indifference, and there has been no resolution to my claim since the incident nearly four months ago. Avoid Costco Tire Center in Newark if you value your vehicle and your peace of mind! This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
